  • Technology consulting services

  • Sale of internally developed digital software products

All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Payments

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements or checkout pages.

For digital products:

  • Payments are due at the time of purchase.

For consulting or development:

  • Payment structure (fixed, milestone, or retainer) is outlined in the signed agreement.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store raw card data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, software, and materials, is the property of Neurodextra LLC unless otherwise stated.

Clients retain ownership of materials explicitly agreed upon in signed service agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Use services for lawful purposes only

  • Not misuse or attempt to disrupt systems or infrastructure

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose proprietary information except as required by law or agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neurodextra LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and custom development work, refunds are handled as follows:

  • For custom software development or consulting services, payments made for completed work or time already rendered are non-refundable.

  • For milestone-based projects, refunds may be considered only for work not yet started.

  • For digital software products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@neurodextra.com within 7 days of purchase.

The Company reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
